Very good

I loved the room with bath and shower, the bed was good. The location was unbeatable and excellent, at a short distance from Stornoway Harbour. The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a good area.

No view which was a real shame. The prices were extortionate for what it was.

Clean and modern room with great decor.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room I stayed in had inadequate lighting, and the furniture felt outdated. On top of that, the key card malfunctioned repeatedly, which forced me to trek to the reception multiple times during my short stay.

greatly enjoyed stornoway, the hotel was fully equipped and first-rate in a nice area. my room was nicely decorated and modern with a single bed. the location was peaceful and comfortable, just a short walk away from lews castle college uhi. plus, it was near the golf course, lews castle grounds and the harbour, the island over the last 10 years and the castle.

helpful staff

It was just a good match for a quick stopover in Stornoway with great value for money. The staff were helpful, arranged a tray to our room for breakfast. Make sure to ask for assistance if needed. They are very accommodating.
